The mosaic of the ISS is called SpaceTwo (you can find it referenced this way in many PR at the time)
If you watch the Art4Space doc or refer to the prints made at the time, the one launched from Miami is named SpaceOne.
Thus, I'll agree with djtoine that the 1/2 will be the Miami one. It probably will never be flashable but this is it for sure

It depends on phone apparently. Mine was showing 01 too but recently it updated to 01/02
This having been said, it's true that there's only one in space right now but I guess Invader wanted to be exhaustive regarding invader pieces who reached space. i like the wink tbh

People reactivate his work too thats been robbed or damaged. Tile shop is your best bet !

What is a saved flash? I know you get the gallery with your flashed invaders back...but have no idea what they mean with losing saved flash.
