MisterFrameMan - appreciation of his work, by Tyler Durden on Sept 12, 2007 10:46:56 GMT 1, Morning all,
I know this would probably better suit the 'Get Your Banksy's Out' thread and I shall post some pictures there too, but I wanted to send out a message of thanks to MisterFrameMan for framing up 3 pieces of work for me, and doing it masterfully!
I'm sure a fair few of you on this forum went to the FOUND Exhibition and saw the frame jobs that Gary (MisterFrameMan) had done for Frankie. I had a chat with him while there for his advices on 3 of my pieces.
I gave him free reign on these to see what he came up with and I'm so so pleased with all 3 of them! They say caring's sharing so check out the pics below and I'd be interested to hear back what you think of them. Apologies for the picture quality - they're off my phone. I wish I could do them more justice!!

MisterFrameMan - appreciation of his work, by Imoy-San on Sept 12, 2007 11:05:39 GMT 1, OK, gloves are off now. Great work!
Seems everyone apart from me has framed the "Flag" print. Time to play catch-up, and guess who I'll be asking to help frame it? Gary, you there???
PM me pls...

MisterFrameMan - appreciation of his work, by Tyler Durden on Sept 12, 2007 11:14:23 GMT 1, I wanted the Conor Harrington print in a perspex box and feel that it works well - my crappy phone camera doesn't do it justice but I'll try and get some decent camera shots of it. The light blue mount really sets off the colours that are also in the print and out of the prints I own it's the one I wanted to feel like a grab (think of Conor's original works here and the depth involved). As such I went with the perspex box idea.
I do like what you've done with yours too and think it's a beautiful print!

MisterFrameMan - appreciation of his work, by streetgirl on Sept 13, 2007 12:54:19 GMT 1, I couldn't resist re-posting my prints received from MisterFrameman, they are already on Get Yer Banksy's Out but I appreciate that thread is so god damn mahoosive that people don't always make it the whole way through.
Tyler, G-man's done a great job with your prints. Stunning.
Yes, I know, dodgy lightbulb, we're still deciding on the fitting!
PS: gd303uk With reference to price, it's totally down to your requirements and vision. Gary will do anything from the basics to the high end stuff - best thing would be to drop him a line and discuss. Though not just now, he's supposed to be busy working on more of my prints...
