Seems obvious that D* has had constraints from the record label, which is only natural with something as mainstream as this, but his solution looks really well executed and 'edgy' without being too dark for mass consumption. looks like he's embraced the brief, coming up with something a bit different for a client who's obviously a big fan of his work. He could have 'sold out' with some quick adaption of a previous work, but some serious time has gone into this image. Well done D*!
