i bought from parisian gallery magda danysz who is a major player in the movement. that exhibition is as far as i know the last solo show of invader in paris and on his mozaic style (not talking of the rubiks show at lazarides)
anyway i was expecting more than what he wanted.
today the question is: did this artist by his international presence leave a hudge mark on street art.
i beleive so...
they are rare coz he made very few at the time, nobody even knew him...
i can let it go at 7000ยฃ, which less for a same size, same period one sold at bonham's. and less good in colors and design.
who beleive in invader?

As expected, far beyond my budget :-) I'll stick to my Shepard Fairey affordable print ;-) Looking forward to meet you here in Paris.
PS : I do believe in Invader. I think he is one of the few street artists who leave a mark. The main reasons for that are the fact that he is leaving invaders in many towns worldwide, giving him an international visibility and fame, he is starting to be renowned and recongnized by art institutions. Plus the fact that his works are lasting longer than graffiti or stencils. There are too many to be removed and the small size do not make a problem to anti-street art people.
