Maybe his work appears popular because it really is nothing new? a certain percentage of the population just want a bright, safe, pop art style image on the wall  and he's filling that demand I guess.

What are the kids looking at? Certainly isn't what they're spraying (which is totally off perspective). Plus the spray can's nozzel points in the wrong direction to what the spray is coming out. The girls hand has been bastardised to seem like she is holding the can, they are all floating about a foot above the ground. Need I go on!

Cheap built houses sold for millions to get flipped immediately with a nice profit.
I call this a bubble. People who can't afford Banksys buy what seems closest available on the market at time with some buzz around. Supply and Demand.
