The print should qualify for the reduced rate of 5% but I'm not sure how Faile would have to describe the contents for customs to charge that immediately. You'll more than likely have to claim back the difference which is a bit of a nightmare.

I don't know how to explain that text stopki but basically, if you're charged VAT @ 17.5% on a piece like this Faile, you write to Customs & Excise describing the piece and that you believe VAT should have been charged at the reduced rate of 5%. They will eventually send you a cheque for the 12.5% difference.

A poor exchange rate and the risk of high customs fees is putting me off.
A few years back this would have been instantly snapped up. It will be interesting to see what the secondary market price for this print will be in the next 12 months. I think the quality of this release is higher than previous Faile x papermonster offerings.
