I paid on the 4th August and nothing........
Tried using my tracking number and all I get is the following message
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on August 4, 2008 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later"

I have had loads of prints that sit like that on the usps website and then I get a knock at the door at its the parcelforce guy with my tube.
2 minutes after that I get a email from usps saying my parcel has been delivered! and it has all the missing details in between (like landing in the country and getting through cutoms etc)
I wouldnt sweat it just yet and there is no point in emailing Andenken at this early stage as He has just as much info as you as to where you tube is, USPS wont do anything for at least a month either as it is not lost just in transit

If your tracking number is not working at all...has it got spaces in it?
try taking those out (this has happened many times to me before)
and then it will suddenly work
