i bought this via the gallery in which has to pay a form of V.A.T and when it comes into the UK we get tax'd again. Why is this?
Because when exporting a car from the uk to another country, Where the car ends up you end up paying the tax there. And not in the UK.
It seems like Goverments are making a little fortune out of taxin a item in each bloody country.

Only bargain was the SCARY but not selling out any time soon. So i hope the hell and scary will end up on ebay below cost some time soon

Please don't drag Andenken's name through the mud, and don't even hint at putting them in the same class another gallery who've not sent statues out. The gallery has been around for a LOT longer than said place and is not going anywhere soon. Plus it's only been a little over two weeks since they were sold. Patience young grasshopper...

They went out in two waves so it may be some time before yours arrives. Your print purchase is not considered a gift and the actual cost of your print was included in the customs form. Its not a recommended practice for any business or art gallery to mislead customs agents as to the contents of a packages value. Consider we went to the post office with many tubes going overseas and they do check the paperwork as well. I hope you enjoy your print and if you have any questions please contact tom@andenken.com about your order before unleashing a wave of unnecessary speculation and name bashing.

We have David Choe, Date Farmers, Same Flores, HVYW8T, Ray Noland, El Mac and Maya Hayuk painting murals. Shepard Fairey has created a 10 x 14 ft canvas and will be in the house all week. However I was very disappointed with the print - I think it is poor quality and I am surprised that Ben put his name to this given the quality of his past screenprints. If anyone would like mine at cost $200 they are very welcome.
