I guess its down to deciding whether the art is damaging of the property, which i suppose is decided by the properties owner?
I'm sure if someone was pasting up unsolicited adverts telling us to drink more coca cola, then that would be ok for the establishment seeing as we have their advertising campaigns shoved down our throats at every opportunity.

This time using super strong PVA. Seems the Obey's are just too tempting for people to leave alone. Apparently he did a big piece on some wooden boarding (or something) the other day and almost immediately someone came along and ripped the whole thing from the wall - bolts and all. No doubt we'll see this on ebay at some point in the not too distant future.

We were in shoreditch (curtain rd to be specific) last night and walking through the streets, spotted tons of these as well as a few Eine's and other pieces that I couldn't figure. Unfortunately I didn't have my phone with me to take pictures to share...so I'm glad you could.
