there were 2 editions of the AP's. An edition of 12 and an edition of 6 - so this would be considered a gift print and possibly from the edition of 6.
They made the rules up as they went along in those days - to some extent they still do

I thought long and hard before buying a Banksy gift print with a dedication on it.
In the end I went for it; possibily due to the description and a 6am finishing time on ebay it meant that i got it for much less than one from the regular edition of 50 would have gone for.
I also like the story behind the dedication - i bought it from the guy who banksy had sent it to and he told me how come he'd been given it. I felt it meant that banksy had thought about it and written the dedication - meaning he'd spent more time over that print that he would have done just signing one of 50 prints in one go.
Just my opinion, and i'd have been equally of happy to have one of the main run but it was out of my budget so not an option. And of course i'd have rather one dedicated to me.

If anybody knows the original owner would be great to get in contact.
But so far the called price tags are outside my budget and reason... It is unique but 40 x 40cm
On the other hand quite interesting through how many channels also pieces from Banksy are been pushed, ebay, Laz, Bonham, and always rocket moon prices... Not sure if that helps anyway.
And still do not get it what is the reason for putting it on ebay for 150k - nobody will every pay that money. How much are ebay fees for that?
