Trekstock, the music and fashion charity raising awareness and support for young people with cancer, is proud to
announce it’s 10,000 HEARTS T-SHIRT CAMPAIGN.
Trekstock this year revealed it’s new partnership with Cancer Research UK, and first patron; DJ & Producer Mark Ronson.
To mark this occasion, Trekstock have collaborated with ten international bands/artists with a UK presence over the
upcoming festival season, to design a limited edition charity t-shirt, kindly supplied by fashion brand Gio Goi.
The 10,000 HEARTS T-SHIRT CAMPAIGN launches on July 1st with a pop-up shop space just off London’s world famous
Carnaby Street.
Guest DJ sets and appearances will take place at the pop-up shop throughout the 2 week residency, with all proceeds
from the t-shirt sales going towards research into cancers which affect young people.
Trekstock is pleased to announce the following bands involvement, who will each be donating a design to the cause;
Bloc Party, Delphic, Devendra Banhart, Ellie Goulding, Foals, The Horrors, Little Boots, Local Natives, The Maccabees,
Yeasayer and a very special design in support of Save BBC 6Music.
All ten limited edition t-shirt designs are priced at £10, and will be on sale at the Trekstock pop-up shop between July 1st
-15th. The Trekshop will also offer people the chance to get their t-shirts signed by some of the artists involved in the
project.
The pop-up store will be doubling up as a gallery space to help bring the place alive, exhibiting exclusively
commissioned and donated artworks by some of the U.K’s leading names in street art.
Artists include; Eine, Eelus, Blam, David Walker, Mysterious Al, Probs, Motorboy, Stika, photographer
Alex Bartsch, and our favourite German; Ronzo!
The works will be on display for the duration of the pop-up shop, with an added opportunity to win works via an online
competition at the end of the event.
Trekstock’s friends; Lovebox, Underage and Field Day, (with which Trekstock are affiliated) are just some of the third
parties who will be hosting a day at the shop ahead of their UK festivals, selling tickets and bringing in special guests, to
ensure there’s a good reason to swing by at all times!
