Mau Mau in Jamaica, by vital on Feb 19, 2009 18:11:41 GMT 1, yeah the picture of H.I.M is on the 'wall of honour', i think near bob marleys place and after he had painted that he said people were queing up to get a MM on their property...
the two bigger pieces are in yards where they have parties every week
the melodica one is an augustus pablo tribute inside his old studio and where the 'Rockers' sound is kept
the trolley one is uptown and involved dodging some seriously tooled up officers...
but you cant just paint anywhere downtown as all the ghetto areas are controlled by the dons and you better watch out if you dont have permission to be there, let alone paint there...

The yard pieces would be a great backdrop for a dance. Would have loved to have backdrops like that for my sound. Got the missus to knock up a couple instead tho....

I know he was looking forward to this trip and obviously the air agrees with him.
I think 2009 will be another great year for him which is great as he is a star and a gentleman.
