it was definitely stolen. I live practically next to the piece. I had just gotten a new motorcycle and went out for a ride at 3:30am, was gone for about 30 minutes, piece was there, went back inside, my friend came over about 20 minutes later, and told me the piece was gone. So in that 20 minutes someone had taken it. They just saw'd the top off and the base was left there the next day which someone else just removed.

I found Faile on the streets of NYC., by chief on May 14, 2009 19:43:07 GMT 1, after looking the picture and realizing this one is a block away practically, doesn't make much sense why they'd put it in the cut like that. Sure its near the corner a little but it gets really dark over that at night and no as much traffic as other places...I give it about 4 days tops.

The comment on this site names the guy who stole the first one, not sure if its true or not but interesting none the less. He apparently has taken a few invaders; which could be true because a hand full of long time invader pieces have disappeared too as of late.
