Tox hasn't forced anyone to buy his work. Some people don't get tox and I don't blame them, I've grown up seeing tox since I was very young so I have that attachment, I think people who have followed him understand him/his work more and can relate.

+1 Tox's defense relied on the fact that the tag had no distinguishing style, that he wasn't an artist, that anyone could do it. An odd defense maybe, but probably the only one.
