&fmt=18 - iPhone-style MP4 stream with better audio and a 480x360 resolution
Even works on clips uploaded a year ago - as long as the original clip was good quality in the first place.

Cars going past and the speed up of the piece doesn't help. I tried everything but in the end vimeo came out on top for this one.
