Banksy Street Art โข Haring Dog, by Deleted on Jan 31, 2016 21:35:26 GMT 1, I think your right romany... classic! Love the squidged paws.
The rat looks like its painted on the perspex and the perspex stuck on the wall to make it look like the rat is stencilled on the wall?

Banksy Street Art โข Haring Dog, by 11 on Jan 31, 2016 22:29:46 GMT 1, The half-arsed way its been done suggests to me that it was nicked rather than removed with consent. I don't know the area but would assume that if it had been done with the wall owners permission then it would have been cut right through the wall, braced and removed in one piece.
It looks like these guys have tried to remove it in slices by using a chain-saw to make angled cuts to remove in sections. I can only imagine it has ended up in a pile of rubble - it will now be interesting to see
- if it was done with permission - if it ever re-appears, what state will it be in
