Speak to the guys in torquay or the owner of the tesco flag building. Surely its no harder than ordering some reinforced perspex from a builders merchants.

I have spoken to my achitect to incorparate the painting to the building. he was excited about the fact that he can get involved with Banksy's work.
hey Walshy, I am not a rich man. I am looking to see if I can get some funding from the art council to remove it and then bringing back.
I might take you up on yor offer. i had a rough estimate to doo that, it is not cheap.
meen while I hope it will remain in good condition.
I will need help financial or otherwise.
may even call it Banksy's Corner.........
what do you think of that?

Maybe you should have screwed it around the edges, sealed the top and side then put the frame around.

Don't worry yourself about it  You can never please everyone!
I think if you had not done what you have it would have been totally destroyed within days anyway  so you have protected it and hopefully made it so many more people can enjoy the piece in the future.
