In that Sun article there is a picture of the boy painting "What" by Banksy which was originally on a Luggage vendor booth that was sold for £1k (according to article).

If anyone wants to see it, you can peek through the reception window of an office at the North end of Newman Street (the same road the "One Nation Under CCTV" was on.

I attach a street view picture with the boy just about visible through the window (circled in red).
