Well at least those who found the TMA series attractive but were put off by the price might be able afford one as the rats will desert the ship that has been holed but at present is just listing....

The choice of print and the image is very poor in my opinion - I would 100% agree that Nick has much more than this, and am somewhat disappointed that someone with so much potential can go from a series like the TMA to something like this. I wouldn't buy this if it was 50 quid. Sorry Nick!

Glad I decided not to pursue a TMA New York.
If this is the road he's taking I don't want any part of it.

Would be good to hear Nicks take on this image. has he said anything about it?

Nick Walker "La Corancan" Print Release, by hlarmy on Oct 1, 2010 20:22:30 GMT 1, Agreed Manty, would be good to hear his views; my expressed opinions are in consideration of the quality of previous releases through BRP - something just seems to be lacking in this print release. I don't normally criticise an artist's work but on this occasion I think it's because I do normally like his work and have been looking forward to the next release for a while and am just left a bit disappointed with this. I'll say no more

Nick Walker "La Corancan" Print Release, by angel41 on Oct 1, 2010 20:39:17 GMT 1, Agree that this looked a lot better on the streets.
I think one of the main reasons is it doesn't sit well on the paper.

Nick Walker "La Corancan" Print Release, by nacional on Oct 1, 2010 21:01:20 GMT 1, Maybe Joevalentino, but perhaps you credit the man with more savvy than he has: for me the image probably comes from the snappy name...Corancan...snappy title precedes concept...well that is piss poor to start with, no?? Also how is it a critique of Sarkozy?? If this was the case surely it would be better to have the birds in the full head to foot gear doing the can-can and showing some sexy undies as they do the high step thingy?? Actually isn't it even spelt wrong...I'm pretty sure it's Koran or even Qur'an, but defo not Coran?

Nick Walker "La Corancan" Print Release, by Ottomatik on Oct 1, 2010 22:17:26 GMT 1, The person that told him this is the image to make as a print should be fired! Seriously, the pope image he did recently would have been a MUCH better choice, or even the vandal with the snakes around his neck! Is this the first sign of a sinking ship? (if so, I'll take someones V for Vandal off their hands for $150);-)
