Itโs strange how paths cross as I used to go to Choci Chewns record shop in Soho ( www.britishrecordshoparchive.org/shops/choices-chewn ) during the mid 90s when I was buying techno. I still remember Choci being one of the most miserable people ever behind a record counter (but now makes sense if he was up all night tagging!). This is a recent documentary where he talks about Robbo as well as 10foot (plus covers underground music scenes). Just listen to it as a podcast rather than watch the video.
