Moniker Art Fair, by glutenberg on Feb 11, 2015 14:43:24 GMT 1, At this type of thing..... once the doors are open, and obviously depending on queue...... can you literally just walk in, buy immediately and then leave? ie. Are they selling as soon as doors open?
This is literally the only chance I have of grabbing something and then getting where I need to go!

Moniker Art Fair, by glutenberg on Feb 11, 2015 15:55:35 GMT 1, I guess the major difference is that (correct me if i'm wrong) - the Art Car Boot Fair was on a Saturday, allowing people to trek into London early doors if they wanted to queue.
This is a Wednesday night 6.30pm, work commitments etc.
I know demand will still be high, but I was hoping that would make a difference.
I think I could get there for 5.45pm, but at this stage I have no clue one way or the other whether that would mean success or failure!!

Moniker Art Fair, by maxf on Feb 11, 2015 16:03:17 GMT 1, It's just luck of the draw at these things mate - a few will be held back, a few sold to friends etc so maybe 100 sets available. Some will be sold individually, but not all (I assume).
You can probably grab what you need and pay pretty sharpish but the last show they did was rammed so it might not be that easy!

They were incredibly generous and brought beers and pizza out to the much maligned (on this forum) queuers. Great art and top people all around. There were also loads of free Rycas lurking around in the street and a few forumites including me are now sorted for Valentines ;-)

I notice the person selling them on eBay for ยฃ250 each is the same person who was flipping the E's after the Car Boot Fair.
