Moniker Art Fair returns for its sixth year, on October 15–18 at the Old Truman Brewery.

The fair will showcase works from approximately 20 national and international art galleries and feature some of the world's pioneering talent in contemporary urban art, including French Street Artist BOM.K (MYA Gallery), BEZT from Etam Cru (myFINBEC), and WK Interact and SIT (Kallenback Gallery). Legendary Bristol stencil artist Nick Walker will also debut with a solo show, featuring his 'Smoke Series' paintings, at this year's Moniker Art Fair.

‘The Renaissance is Now’, a 50ft interactive installation, aims to promote and educate the wider public about the benefits of the global digital currency Bitcoin. Focusing on the concepts of decay and change, the space conveys how decentralised technologies such as Bitcoin can potentially offer society a future of hope and abundance and a real alternative to the current Fiat system. The installation includes original work by internationally recognised artist Ben Eine, hyperealist sculptural artist Schooney and Bitcoin afficianado Toonpunk.

Ben Eine, (JAM Editions) will be releasing another print from his popular letter editions along side Jon Burgerman, Ashes57, Inkie and Kid Acne. Once again Montana Cans will be supporting the art on the outside with our 2015 mural programme.

Obviously I'm biased, but I think Moniker will be great this year. The full programme should be going up on the website at some point over the weekend, but there will be the usual run of live screenprinting from Jealous, live outdoor painting, lots of talks and stuff like that, and the Art on a Postcard charity raffle.

There's also a pop-up resteraunt from Assemble London and Patron Tequilla which should be pretty good too, we've got the set designers in making the installation for that and the 50ft Bitcoin wall. If you use the code in the post above, a ticket only ends up costing £4.40 if you book in advance.

This time it's the letter J.

I wouldn't say it's necessarily random, the plan is to release every letter of the alphabet over a period of time. Jealous and Moniker are launching a new printhouse collaboration, called JAM Editions, so that's what the J is for.

I think the plan was over 5 years to sell A-Z. Would look brilliant on a huge wall but I was out a long time ago on these

I get the E and although a bit lame, the X too. The B and C would have been great if an A had materialised for the bin lid's room. A J is a little obscure.

Good idea re the numbers. 66 trillion would look good up the stairs.
