In reality it 'looks like' a digital printers proof. That's not to say it's not a genuine piece of street art/Banksy history or other artefact. It could have been used to view the design of the notes, test the colours or used as an original sheet to photocopy one of the many cut up notes that are in circulation.
In reality it's always a gamble with this kind of thing. How many people hold this or other original or replicated digital files. Printers, designers, PR, Media, POW, troll. Not worth taking a risk unless there is air-tight provenance.

Hi,this item was a gift to my husband ,back in 2004.sadly he has since passed away.The item has been lying in my loft and i have never really given it much thought or attention.Last month a friend who is into art etc,mentioned BANKSY and I told him about the sheet of Di Faced tenners I had.He told me about something called throught the gift shop? , I eventually got out the sheet and contacted Llyon and turnbell (victor seaward),Bonhems and christies.It became apparent that it could be very valuable and they would be happy to put it to auction for me.However,I do not have any kind of certificate etc and it is not signed ,and that would be a requirement,understandably.It is basically a thin to normal thickness piece of paper,printed on both sides,with ten notes and across the top is some kind of code number and dated april 2004.I attempted to have a photo copy of it made, so i could keep a copy for myself for memories,nostalgia and emotional putposes ,but upon trying at various commercail and professional printers etc,this proved impossible to copy,when attempted to do so all machines sent out an error message to the operator stating that it could not legally carry out the operation,so in all honesty ,I dont know, what it is with regard to your question,but it is not a photo copy for sure.It is currently in the auction rooms,intthe possesion of Gerrards auctioneers and valuers ,in St annes on Sea, Lancashre,so you could alaways contact them and ask information, I will be picking it up from them later in the week as I left it there for safe keeping.
You could get the number via google etc, I have it in a folder to keep it clean etc but it is not framed,sorry I cannot be more helpfull,but thats really all i can tell you,i seem to think the person who gifted to my husband was an artist and called Ben hinds ,not sure if that is the correct spelling or if that means anything,I could send you more photos,if near blackpool uare welcome to look at it,thankyou
