I don't have any preference for specific artists, I do quite like Charming Baker and it seems you're a big fan. I'd like a Chloe Early original but my next proposed purchase will be Sam Taylor Wood's after dark, which I (also) missed on release but it's just a great image.

I am also a big fan of Sage Vaughn's work and think he is very under rated. No wit , no charm ? Are we looking at the same piece ? Its part of the Wildlives series which is all about misfit children in society not just some super hero parody. Its all a matter of opinion obviously but yours was very dismissive of a very talented painter. I am dismissive of overblown praise. I see nothing in Sage Vaughn's work that warrants his elevation above anything other than an ok painter. The fact that you had to explain what this piece was about instantly diminishes its power as a piece of art. And the fact that a certain gallery represents him doesn't make him a great artist. After all the same gallery represents Miranda Donovan.
I have not seen much in the way of overblown praise (apart from one earlier comment). The fact that I had to explain what this piece means only shows that you make dismissive comments without proper knowledge. I made no reference to Laz representing him as it is irrelevant and its not his main gallery anyway.
