Wanted Jose Parla World Touring Letter (Found), by Sundowner on Dec 28, 2010 13:12:23 GMT 1, I'm really pleased to see how many of these fantastic prints have made the walls. I remember there being a bit of negativity before the release, because I think some people weren't sure how well Parla's texturally-layered work would translate to a print, but suffice to say he and Elms didn't let anyone down and the sheer quality and detail of these pieces more than justifies the quite hefty price tag.
I think the best thing about these prints for me is that I go through phases of which one I like the most. Originally when I bought them it was 184th Street, then St. Giles and now it's WTL. If you do have the room though, the three of them together do look fantastic!

Wanted Jose Parla World Touring Letter (Found), by unkle77 on Dec 31, 2010 2:04:58 GMT 1, As craigf mentioned, the framing including the museum glass (for mine) was more than most people would dream of spending on a print or original.
Very true this. I had my St. Giles museum framed exactly like Elms Lesters and it was almost as much as I paid for the print!
2011 I see myself purchasing a WTL to go a long with my Giles, anyone care to hold onto one for me until I am ready to purchase? lol

Wanted Jose Parla World Touring Letter (Found), by kingofprussia on Dec 31, 2010 20:03:13 GMT 1, Got to admit they look good. Can't help but feel though they would look even better if they were bigger.
bigger? My WTL is hands down the largest framed print I own, it takes up one wall of my living room.
