Giant Robot Store (http://secure.giantrobot.com) have various prints for sale, prices not too bad. If you email them they will send you a list, ignore the website though as they don't tend to list all the stuff they have with regard to his prints.
I have a list at home that I can post later if you want.

Stevo, what prints do you have for sale and what are your prices?

not really looking to sell actively to be honest.
if someone wants any desperately and they're sold out (i haven't checked) then drop me a line. depends on the print and my affection for it :-)
check around the galleries to see what the current prices are. Even the latest prints can go for 4 figures + ( enquire at guy hepner for example ....unbelievable).
you do get murakami on ebay at low prices, buying direct from sellers in japan mostly. Usually no provenance available though, so you take your chances.

However, I found a blog on Japanorama Season 3, which has Episode 1 and 2 from youTube so hopefully Episode 3 will find it's way on there.
