I haven't either so I called last week and found out that I'm not getting one. I ordered mine on Sep 2nd and was just now told that I'm outside the 250 copies they will be shipping and that unless someone's payment does not confirm that I have no shot. That was pretty nice of Aldridge to wait three months to provide that little fact. I'm still trying to find out if they charged me or not. They also said prints weren't shipped yet either due to the "artist" making final creative tweaks. Not a good experience with these ppl.

Just guessing. The book has not been charged to my credit card yet but the print was charged to my credit card about two/three weeks ago now so it's getting a bit annoying.
