Reading about Lazzarini on wikipedia helps give a fuller appreciation of the pieces....you can enjoy these on a cerebral level or just on pure visual appeal which is what attracted me at first. This is a great highbrow/lowbrow collision.

Yeah, I hate ToyQube for this exact reason... Kaws lets them do it, be is 100% aware of this... them and ToyTokio.
Kaws is long time friends with BOTH of the owners of those business' and gives them first dibs on all orders. Lets not get into the fact that both of those establishments are also flippers on eBay... but thats a whole other story.

Basically you design the 3D model then send it to a machine that laser cures a bath of resin that raises up in steps to form the actual prototype.

shipping, yes. vat was included. b/c i bought one from the states i didn't need to pay vat so it was 146 euros plus shipping. cost me 234 USD shipped. not bad. i was going to wait for the kawsone release but now i don't need to worry about waiting around for the drop. i grabbed a brown as well. seems the brown are now sold out now.

Thanks for posting the link on here as I was going to try my luck on the originalfake release.
I bought my Pinocchio through toyqube but this is better being in France so no worries about import duty.
