They would only let me buy a Miss Bugs print if I let them frame it so a ยฃ200 print ended up costing ยฃ350. I wasn't too bothered at first, I would of had it framed at a similar cost anyway but it ended up being a ยฃ50 frame job! I am also 250 miles away so I had to arrange a courier. I did so on the basis they were confident of their packaging but it literally turned up in a couple of layers of bubble wrap. Needless to say it arrived in pieces. They did nothing to help and couriers don't insure art. I did wonder why they wouldn't arrange a courier for me... About time I tried to recoup a fraction of the money actually. Should stick it on eBay.
