Hello all,
I am a bit stumped in trying to find out who the artist is for this, I hope someone can help. I aquired this original painting (see link) when a London based art dealer wanted to reduce his collection due to a move abroad, he came across it in the mid 2000's when it was painted and gifted to him by the artist. I have since lost contact with the previous owner and there are no identifying marks on the work. It is a large oil on canvas, and everytime I show it to art dealers, everyone says it looks like a Micallef but I have never seen any prints of this work. I have not been able to provide any pictures of it to Anthony himself to ask since his website only allows text messages! But based on the description I provided he said he does not recall the work. Any ideas of what to do at this point? Has anybody come accross this work before? Any ideas on a possible artist?
Any help is hugely appreciated.

I say - this look nothing like Micallef.
You can always reach him via Instagram @antonymicallef or his facebook page and send him the picture there.
Only he can confirm 100% at this stage.
