But that's a joke. It was 1 euros VAT and 14 euros fedex fee!!! By the way, I haven't heard from Faile about my damaged print yet......

how long did that take t come through please.
as i just got something and it was valued @ $500....
am i to expect a big invoice?

I know they have the admin fee to chase but that has also been dropped. The only time I've paid is when the delivery guy will not give me the package before payment and this has happened only once many moons ago.. And thinking back that may have been Parcel Farce.

Mentioned that the £13.84 fee was nearly two thirds of the stated customs value of $35 and they refunded the £10 Fed Ex fee. I was told this can only be done once though. Worth a try if you are still to pay, or for future reference.
