well done to all who got lucky in the lottery do yourself a favour and keep it dont flip it.
last year on the day of nbg release we where having these little things implanted
so at least every year now when i dont get lucky and get the email off pow its not all that bad. maybe one of the reasons i called her nola though .

it would be nice. but PoW are a business first and foremost. they're run exactly as such. they don't owe us anything and so they don't feel obliged to treat their customers to such goodwill and thoughtfulness.
it's a shame. but they're only acting like 99.9% of businesses today.

Unfortunately there was nowhere near enough prints to meet the demand and a far more stringent queuing system will be used in future. Clearly it couldn't be guaranteed but you should be given some form of priority.
