As its been said countless times before, all this chat is pointless. POW have a plan, the print will be released, they will try and make it fair as possible, (which is clearly never actually completely possible as there is no truly 'fair' way), some people will get a print, and others will moan until the cows come home.
Everytime i've been in to POW, they have seemed genuinely interested about making the whole process as fair as possible, and about getting Banksy's art to his fans first and foremost. They may not always get it right, but its a bit harsh to completely question all of their logic.

I contacted POW this week before reading this wondering if it was an issue with my address alone but it seems not. Now that I'm in a completely different time zone it'd be good to have the heads up but I assume POW have more important things to concern themselves with.

e.g. as Jay mentioned in an earlier post POW have outlined the releases for the next few days - 3D Del Naja (today), Barnaby (1st Dec) and Dran (2nd Dec).
If they stick to the pattern of one artist and one print a day the earliest the Banksy print is coming out is 3rd December.
