HELP - Need a MBW Don't Be Cruel, by Winter on Jan 17, 2011 0:17:09 GMT 1, Does anyone have a green 'Don't be cruel'? I sold one on ebay earlier and when I went to dig it out I found my wife had thrown it out this week thinking it was recycling. She also thew out a Modern Toss and a Scott King. I am absolutely gutted and the bloke I sold it to doesn't believe a word of it and still wants his print.
If anyone has one please pm me, I don't mind paying a little over what I sold mine for £318. Most have sold recently in the States on ebay for $400 so it might be a good opportunity to get rid.
All a real pain, I just need to get it sorted.

HELP - Need a MBW Don't Be Cruel, by rottenredrooster on Jan 17, 2011 0:21:02 GMT 1, You have the right as the seller on eBay in such situations and circumstances to 'cancel the transaction'. There is actually an option for the item is broke or something along those lines.
The buyer cannot hold you to ransom as you no longer have the print.
Worst case scenario is a negative feedback comment. You can then pull eBay up to review this.

HELP - Need a MBW Don't Be Cruel, by Warm Gun on Jan 17, 2011 0:32:42 GMT 1, rrr is right winter, you can cancel the sale officially after a four day period. I think there are three options you can pick, one of them is that the item became damaged and another is that the item is no longer available for sale. (can't think what the third is)
Go to my ebay, click on the item you have sold, click resolve a problem then click the .....I sold an item and want to cancel the transaction button. Will save you £300 odd squid.
