So think that therefore is a mistake as I am sure it his art that counts.
I am a lover of his work so not being critical of him or your frames but just an opinion After reading this thread

Pidge my point was not whether I like or dislike. I am saying the frames are not as quoted above - they are a mistake in my opinion because we are discussing them.
When as this is a major show for him I am sure he would rather people were discussing his art rather than his frames.
So regardless of whether people think good or bad I think they are possibly interfering. Which is not good. Now when seen in the flesh may be they complement do not know as I was not there but I suspect not.
Not knocking the opinion of the frames I just in hindsight not the right choice but that's a my opinion.

I have to agree though, don't like the frames.
Frames are all personal preference so I assume DW must have liked them.
Not knocking his work at all, I even bought one of these latest pieces, but I won't be framing mine in a frame like those. Don't know what frame yet, but it wont have round corners, thats for sure.
Just my 2p worth...

Competition -
Submit a photograph (head shot) of a woman to be turned into a portrait by David by posting it on this forum thread or his facebook page www.facebook.com/artofdavidwalker , along with a brief description in no more than 25 words.
The supplier of the winning image will receive the prize outlined below and the image will used as part of a new street art project happening this March/April 2012.
It is important for the project that the photograph is from an original source so please use your own images.
The entires will be judged by David and the winners announced 14th Feb 2012. Competition is open to all. Each winner will also receive a signed photograph of the image recreated as street work.
