There was one in Chicago too from the same stencil used for the Time Out Austrailia piece. I think SF might have been treated to the most as there were 5 of them in town that I recall.

The tail looks different from his style, I mean "low on ground" like that, on rats he generally did a bigger and visible tail going up.
