Anyone had FAILE Prints or Blocks arrived?, by poppa on Dec 29, 2010 14:22:20 GMT 1, I've had a reply: after being told that there may be an AP available for swaps I have now been informed that they are all spoken for and all I can now have is a refund(!)
needless to say I'm not a happy bunny!! Don't really know where to go from here. How can so many be damaged. Do the guys pack them up themselves or have they got some apprentice who's a little heavy handed?

yeah bit pissed over the entire affair. I won one on the lottery, they took the cash as per normal, so I just kicked back and awaited its arrival.
some time later for another reason I had to check my paypal a/c for something, and saw a refund and a message from faile saying that they were unable to sell me one as they oversold, and could replace it with an a/p. I replied to the email given on paypal, (a faile address) but as yet have failed to hear anything back from them at all. I dont think I will be trying to buy anything else direct from Faile.

Can it be that difficult??
After sales service is of paramount importance to the continuation of support I'd of thought..you can't lose the confidence of your clients??

Sounds like they've had a nightmare with fedex. Looks like I was allocated number 11 from the receipt.... so if that ever shows up I'll be pi$$ed.
