These guys make the A0 sleeves and portfolios to order, very helpful and good prices.
They made me a AO portfolio for about ยฃ90 a few years back, i have about 10 sleeves in it and it keeps them safe but remember an AO portfolio is a huge thing and weighs a ton, so its not very portable.

I am looking for a folder to put them into. Yes, the folder will be heavy as hell, but way easier to handle that the individual sleeves (I think...). Problem so far, is to find a folder that is BIGGER than the sleeves, which be themselves are already bigger than A0...

I picked one up, not from above, but from Atlantis Art in East London vg art 'warehouse' and they do acid free/lignin tissue paper + they have a car park. (Google!) I would phone them first though to see if they have one in (+ check cost) before making a journey, although it is not far from Brick Lane and Spitalfields...

WTB A0 Sleeves., by murdock on Jan 27, 2011 10:55:45 GMT 1, Ok so I went to (German art supplier) Boesner yesterday and found an easy solution to my problem:
Since A0 sleeves do not fit into A0 folders, but I only really needed sleeves to hold 70x100 cm of art, I got A1 sleeves and put therm into an A0 folder (two strong card sides that are bound together at 4 points). Also this was the cheapest solution, while the sleeves alone were 10โฌ.
This takes care of carying around the sleeves by themselves and adds an extra layer of protection to the artwork. They did not have any A0-box-folders, btw.
The Selvins from above do look great and seem to be more sturday than the Phoebe sleeves from Boesner, but I guess shipping makes this less attractive for me.
