Then I thought I had an offer from a well respected member at a realistic price only to be told 5 hours later - actually I’ll hold onto it, 😒 meh. hey totally get it but prices are prices and when a mint one beautifully framed went for £1895 today and another end feb of ebay for £1300 I just don’t want to be ripped off. So if there is anyone sensible out there I’m here.

If people are prepared to pay £1900 for them then it’s unlikely they will come up for less. Supply and demand I’m afraid! Good luck in your search.

I paid nearly 2.5K for a good one last year from a reputable person on the forum, as they are vanishingly rare and, precisely because they were considered as paper bags, not many survive in mint / nr mint condition. Can you let me know where you saw the £1900 one please?
