Definately get that damaged print out of the bin and get onto BRP! I had a print damaged in transit and they sorted it by numbering up a spare. A friend had a Dface print damaged by a framer 6 months after purchase and they did the same. You have to send the old damaged print to them so they can destroy it.
They are good people at BRP and I'm sure if they have spares left they will try to help.

Believe it or not we have sold a few of these to police officers and if you look at the G20 demo footage and you squint a little you can see a few officers wearing them as they beat the s**t out of demonstrators
