It's off to the framers in the next couple of days, but it's likely to be a week or two before I get it back. I'll post pics for you when I do.
I've been a massive fan of the image for absolutely ages and IMO this screenprint doesn't disappoint. The amount of work that's gone into getting the registration right is just incredible. Though funnily enough it looks almost like a giclee, which may put some people off. However given that it's a re-interpretation of an painting, I think you need this feel.

Their print quality and attention to detail is fantastic. Some of the other online galleries would do well to take note and up their game.

I'd rather buy an original for that kind of dough. Although compared to the price of the recent POW prints and the extra manufacturing costs it doesn't seem too bad. The whole market just tends to be spiralling out of control and hopefully in a couple of years when the bubble bursts I'll be able to pick up all the prints I like on the cheap.
Also a silkscreen of an oil painting is going to look rather bland in plain frame so there are also the extra associated costs of a fancy frame.

Odd isn't it, I thought respect were for giving useful info and - respects were for being a d**K.
I like both of the Kennard prints, I got the mask as a teeshirt at Christmas, from Griffin and the Haywain image has also been around for quite sometime. The Haywain is acknowledged by Banksy as an influence for his crude oils series.
The fact that all of the prints didn't sell out overnight is quite reassuring to me, reminds me a bit of the old days on POW when you could see an image that you liked and make your mind up if you really wanted it rather than buying it for the sake of buying it before someone else does!
These are classic images and I hope that they all end up on the walls of people that really love them.
