Look at earlier stuff such as in Palestine on the wAll and I think it's very similar in style.
White must be hand done I think but on tele the fish look stencilled.

The whole point of that stencil is not how well it is cut or not...it's the placement and idea behind it. A six year old could cut that!
Of course it's easy, actually it doesn't take a genius to cut a stencil or to learn how to by using google...
It's the original idea, finding a great place to put it...and that's a good one.

Looks like a professional job done with proper cutting equiptment - either the hotel who own the wall did it, or someone was very brazen indeed...

Well they were charged with Murder, but bargained down to Manslaughter, so good for them. If you were their lawyer, maybe they could have gotten involuntary, and that would knock down the sentence down to a mere 2-3 years with time off for good behavior.

he's pretty brave putting up something that he cut off the wall of a hotel though - he clearly doesn't have legal title to sell the piece, so i'd have thought they would be in touch sharpish!
