He continued: "Barry Geraghty has been saying 'you're not sure he doesn't need three miles?' but he's got a lot of speed. He has to go further eventually and I'd be happy for him to do so, but I think he'll go for the Champion Hurdle. His big day of the year was the Welsh Champion Hurdle and I wish there was a race at Cheltenham over two and a half, as that's where he would be going."
personally think Peddlers Cross/Menorah are the best of the English v Hurricane Fly for Ireland... Binoculars' erratic form makes him a non betting proposition for me...

Good luck with that my friend, every time i've placed a bet on a horse at least 1 of its legs have dropped off or the driver couldn't find 1st gear. ;D

Plan A in the Fred Winter.... connections very bullish but English handicapper hasn't been kind (despite all his previous english form)

Really is a soft ground actioned horse, wouldn't expect him to act in Cheltenham at all.... it was a really muddling 3 runner race if memory serves that he beat Jesies Dream... don't think connections are overtly confident from quotes in preview evenings

Not sure this is W Mullins best traveling team, lots of decent chances and definately loads of quality runners spread out, but to win top trainer its hard to win without having a strong hand in the championship races, esp the novices, but he doesnt have banker material in any novices race/bumper/triumph etc.. Got fairly good word for One Cool Cookie in the Cross Country tomorrow for what its worth.. only tried these quirky fences once... and fell, but usually a decent jumper... 16/1 presently

The only horse that I think will potenially give him a race is Henderson's Spirit Son, who could well have some improvement left in him. Whether he is the same class as Cue Card though, remains to be seen.
