Selling that Applause is one of very few regrets I have from this art collecting madness.

No, there are two variations within the regular edition from POW. One where the image is kept in grey tones and one where parts of it is mustard coloured.
And then, as you say, there is a 27 AP edition in different colours.
The Serpentine edition has nothing to do with these. It looks like this:

I've too have only seen the mustard version in the flesh. But here is one sold at Bonhams which doesn't seem to have that mustard colour in it:
