From the pics it looks good to me. Encourage the seller to dig deeper on the provenance and maybe even pay the small fee to obtain a historical bank/cc statement showing the purchase. You can always win an auction and request more provenance to make you feel better (worst case the deal doesn't culminate and you get one negative feedback).
