Why they don't ask PC before bidding ?
( I have done that for a poster signed by Banksy that I bought then 400 quids : Pc answered me that it was absolutely not the signature of Banksy and I asked already a refund to the seller from Weston : Lol, I posted also a link with the video of my friend Patrick NGuyen talking with S.Yard about the affair of Fake Banksy, and the mother 's seller gave me in the second the refund ! ) . PC kindly answered me also " BEFORE " buying another sign road... Easy, just have to ask them gently with nice and kind words ;-)
Fake or not, a lot of people are bidding on it !

And I don't know why they would be issuing a certificate for it in 2004. PYMCA was the company name that represented Banksy before pow. Not sure why someone would fake a pow print with a pymca coa.

I think there is another threat on NewArtOnline, but just wanted to state my personal experience. We agreed on price pending removal of the print from the frame, they strung me along for 4 months saying they were traveling for art shows, etc. then tried to raise the price by over 20%. Just not the way to professionally run a "gallery", but best of luck to them with bait and switch tactics like this.
On a brigher note, I'm offering 5.3K GBP for an unsigned Barcode that has Pest Control COA, mint (preferably never framed) and has the red Banksy stamp in bottom left corner. Buyer/seller split Paypal fees. Located in NYC.

Good luck in your search for barcode, my recent personal experience, might suggest that you will have more success if you up your offer to £5.5 - £5.7k, but this print is worth tracking down whatever you decide to do !

This one has been up there on ebay for quite some time, seems seller not budging on price (which I take as a good sign on authenticity). Annoying they never respond to my questions. I might have to bite the bullet and make an offer near ask (at least USD/GBP has come my way).
What do forum members think on legitimacy? Any specific questions I should be asking seller?
