Keith Haring" Ten Commandments" Deitch Gallery NYC, by Va Va Voom on Nov 11, 2008 22:05:48 GMT 1, These paintings were painted for Harings first solo museum show which took place at the CAPC Bordeaux 1985.Haring decided to interpret some of the commandments metaphorically rather than literally,he then decided to use the area known as" the nave" and produced the 10 , 25ft high canvases in a tablet shape to fit within the arches.
The marriage of heaven and hell.
This Haring work is from 1984,a 26ft by 36ft painting that was created as a curtain for the Ballet National de Marseilles.

I remember when they came out well, was lucky enough to have a mate who worked for Adidas , who sorted me out just prior to the release.
