LARGE FORMAT FRAMING- NEED ADVICE, by primetime on Mar 30, 2011 22:08:19 GMT 1, Trying to frame some large format Sheps (48.5 in x 37.5 in) and trying to do it in a completely archival/reversible way. My framer is having problems with cutting mats that large. They want to use spacers and float mount but I am concerned about adhering the print to the mount board. Is there non-damaging ways to do this without leaving evidence on the back of the print? mylar corners? is wheat paste hinging an issue? any other options. Love to hear some thoughts/advice/past experiences etc. Thanks
