Imo going away and coming back is not then gonna bring some one forward with 18k, the coa wouldn't be a stumbling block ATM.
It's all on the price at this stage. Glwts.

I have seen and heard of instances where they have been refused on pieces that should have been a certainty, so it is not a 100% garaunteed, maybe Banksy can be fickle.
No buyer in their right mind would pay full retail price for a print without a COA, I certainly wouldn't.
Now if you had COA in hand! Hell yeah, a totally mint, unframed print definitely gets a premium. I would think £20k, albeit expensive, is about right.
In summary: don't sell a print of that value without the COA.

Anyway it paid off! This was so much easier given the proof etc and a good return for the sellers investment...GLWTS

This meaning that they've just applied for it and are waiting for it. With the ridiculous waiting times in excess of a year that most people are currently experiencing, receiving a COA in a matter of days is unbelievable.
