These started out as a regular set with the names , JFK = Target, Oswald = Pasty, Ruby = Spook, LBJ = substitute sprayed on the sides of the canvases.

1 - board and paint used
2 - background in place from lightest to darkest
3 - first layer
4- blurring the first layer with a darker color
5 - redoing the first layer with an apple green and a neon green topping then coating with a glow in the dark layer
6 - black layer in place
I don't have pictures of it glowing but the effect was pretty good

I asked him that exact same question a few months back so you need to find one of the prints or a reasonably priced canvas. There are three of each coloured canvas, each a different size. There are pictures of some of th canvases produced as well as who had them, list of who originally brought red prints as well as some of the green ones. Might prove useful if you are trying to track one down.
Regarding Mr Ripper, from memory when he was doing the red print he was fairly new to forum and think first time edition had been sold using the forum. At time Silky wanted to check out that everything was above board, I along with a few others who at that time had had the pleasure of dealing with him voiced our support and vouched he was top guy. Since then more people from the forum have dealt with him and to my knowledge all have had great experiences. I have dealt with him on three separate occasions and each time have been blown away with his work, the professionalism he deals with every enquiry and order and recently the incredible "crap", his words, he has included with my orders.
As said before top guy producing top work.
